The Coalition for High Ambition Multilevel Partnerships (CHAMP) bridges national climate commitments and local implementation — uniting 78 countries in shared ambition.
CHAMP was launched at COP28 by the COP28 Presidency and Bloomberg Philanthropies as a platform to enhance collaboration between national and subnational governments in climate policy and finance.
Recognizing that cities and regions play a critical role in implementing national climate commitments, CHAMP was designed to bridge the gap between local action and national policies.
