If you get the State Pension and are on a low income, you may be entitled to Pension Credit. If you get it, you could also get Housing Benefit, the Warm Home Discount Scheme (£150 off your electricity bill) and Winter Fuel Payment (up to £300 towards heating bills). Check your eligibility on GOV.UK.
You may be able to take advantage of grants and benefits to help with your energy bills. Help is available from the Government, local councils and energy suppliers. Join your energy supplier's Priority Services Register to get extra help — like priority calls and more frequent meter readings.
As annoying as some things might be, we do not treat these as anti-social behaviour:
The Community Impact team's aim is to empower residents and communities to live well. We work holistically to impact not only current quality of life, but to help residents make longer-term decisions for themselves and their community.

Metropolitan Thames Valley provides affordable housing for people living in London, the South East, East Midlands and East of England.
Metropolitan Thames Valley provides affordable housing for people living in London, the South East, East Midlands and East of England. We also offer a range of care and support services, with specialist areas including older people, mental health and transitional services.
In October 2018 Metropolitan and Thames Valley Housing formally completed a partnership to form Metropolitan Thames Valley. Together we own, manage or administer around 57,000 homes.
Passengers stepping off the Empire Windrush in 1948 encountered a very different country. Bombing during WWII had inflicted widespread damage; Caribbean migrants invited to fill post-war labour shortages faced squalid conditions, insecure tenancies and homelessness. It was against this backdrop that our legacy organisations were founded — The Metropolitan Coloured People's Housing Association and Thames Valley Housing — with a mission to provide safer, more affordable homes in inner cities.
We're involved in a number of major regeneration schemes. Our largest — Clapham Park — is a £1 billion+ masterplan in Lambeth. Others include West Hendon (2,000+ new homes with Barratt London), Ashmole (£28m refurbishment) and Hollygate Park (£100m, 470 homes in Cotgrave, Nottinghamshire).
The MTVH Migration Foundation is the only fund dedicated to tackling migrant destitution in the UK. We created it because our vision is to reduce migrant destitution and make migration work for migrants and their communities — collaborating with colleagues, the housing sector, and government stakeholders.
